Tip Of The Week

Happy Wednesday everyone! It’s that time of the week again. Time to get ready and in shape for spring break. Only 2 weeks away for my school. So excited!! Lately I’ve been working out like crazy trying to get myself back in shape for Kauai. From hiking to aerobics, I’m doing possibly everything I can. Sadly I’m not a member at any gym so I have to make the best of what I have to do my workouts. Lately I’ve been doing them in my room and on the beach. Perfect place for me. I love to watch the ocean while I’m working out.

Instead of posting a work out this week I’m giving you a little tip šŸ˜‰ The next time you do cardio feel your stomach and if it’s cold then that means you are working hard and your stomach is starting to burn fat! Good for you!! Motivate yourself and try new exercises every day.
